    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Galaxy note 20 5g all of a sudden my screen went black it's charging cuz i feel it vibrate. Iastnight i put it on the charger, today i finally see the Galaxy note 20 screen pop on but that's all. It don't go all the way to start up. now i see the factory reset screen what should i do. I&amp;nbsp; need the info on my phone I've been locked out of my Google accounts for a month now since this has started its passkey protected with the phone that stuck. Please help me&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand it's been a few days since you had this issue,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/70128113"&gt;@Tybaby86&lt;/a&gt;. Please plug the phone on charge and try a soft reset by pressing and holding the Volume Down and Power buttons together for a few seconds. If that doesn't help, it would be worth getting it checked by an engineer at one of our Samsung Service Centres.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
