      <description>Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 20&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Issue: Phone App Not Working After Update&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Hi Samsung Community,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;After installing the latest update on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 earlier today, I've encountered a significant issue with the Phone app. When I make or receive regular cellular calls, I can't hear the caller, and they can't hear me. However, WhatsApp and other apps that use the microphone and speaker for calls are working perfectly fine.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I've checked with my carrier, and there are no issues on their end.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Hardware: The microphone and speaker appear to be working since other apps are functioning correctly.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Troubleshooting Done:Checked and adjusted call volume.Ensured Do Not Disturb is off.Restarted the device multiple times.Cleared cache and data for the Phone app.Checked for additional updates.Performed a factory reset (didn't resolve the issue).Verified that the issue started immediately after today's update.Request for Help:Is anyone else experiencing this issue after the latest update? Does anyone have a solution or workaround? I'm trying to avoid flashing firmware manually unless absolutely necessary, and I’m hesitant to downgrade unless it’s a last resort.Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK Community Forum&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you using the green Samsung Phone App?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If so, try downloading the Google Phone app and use that one (I use Google app anyway).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;At least that way you can make / receive calls and you can then decide whether to try to resolve the Samsung Phone App or stay with Google.</description>
