If I buy a mobile phone from France, how can I change my location for download the applications from other countries?

Playstore > Tap Circle on top right > Settings > General > Country and Profiles

If you're in a family group, or changed your country/region in last 12 months then it may not let you change it.

Any issues with it, I'd say reach out to Google as its their app and not Samsungs.

If you buy a phone from a different country that your normally based in then you''ll have problems updating it like software updates, security updates etc there are plenty treads on here stating that fact.
