Hi,

I tried to help by sharing my solution on the community forum, but unfortunately, it was banned by the moderator. I would like to share with you our exchange (see below) !

Moderator:

> Community Policy on Dangerous DIY/Unorthodox Repair Advice

> Hi there,

> Please be advised that I have removed a recent post of yours in accordance with our policy on Dangerous DIY/> Unorthodox repair advice. While I do appreciate that you were simply trying to help, please refrain from guiding Community members to perform repairs themselves, as this should be done by an authorised Samsung engineer. For further information, please take a look at the link below.

> Kind regards

> AndrewL

My answer:

> I disagree, and I know you won't change your stance, but I feel compelled to express my opinion on this matter.

> I find it very dangerous on your part to delete self-repair posts on the manufacturer's official site under the pretext that it's dangerous. This is a limitation of the right to information and, more importantly, a restriction on the right to mutual assistance. If you had proposed an acceptable and effective solution, no one would need to post solutions like mine. What's most shameful is that you only think about your profits (sell, sell, sell). You support and promote excessive consumption, implementing every possible system to encourage waste. You don't consider the planet or the consumers who want to preserve their old devices. How do you expect people like me to repair their phones at an authorized repair shop, especially when the device has been out of warranty for years and the repair costs far exceed the price of the phone, or even the price of a new one? Shame on you! I am appalled!

> Think about it for a moment... Instead of having a clear view of all the problems and solutions related to your devices on your community site and using that insight to improve, you drive people to post elsewhere.

> Well done!

I changed my sim card in my note 10 plus device which was working perfectly and suddenly noticed that there was no network. The no network symbol (cross within a circle) was displayed above and the airplane mode button had a light blue colour. The sim was perfectly okay and worked in other devices. I tried putting my old sim card back and had the same problem.i have tried every solution online but nothing seems to work.I went to a a mobile phone repairer but the issue couldn't be fixed.

If you're still having this problem, there are a few things I'd suggest you try, @Melvinatari.

1. Make sure Flight Mode isn’t turned on by going to Settings > Connections > Toggle off Flight Mode.

2. Make sure that your phone's software is updated. You can check for available updates in Settings > Software update > Download and install.

3. Start the phone in Safe Mode by following the steps provided on our website here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

Hi

I had the same issue ,not once but three times. However, I had solved the problem by my own through alot of trial.

Try these steps

1. Go to setteing, apps, three dots on the right, special access, change system setting , toggle 3rd party apps off (the most important to toggle is android auto), then restart the phone (worked once)

2. The same steps above all the way to the (special access), then tap (notification access), i had only the android auto on , so i switch it off and the problem was solved.

3. Try clearing the cashe from the reboot list.

Hope you you find these useful.

Regards.

Got the same issue, tried everything. But finally found a solution. You need to disconnect the battery and then reconnect it and restart. It may take several times until it is sucessfull. Eventually also disconnect every connector and reconnect. But I my case 2 battery disconnections helped.
