Not seeing the esim option on My Phone.

Hi,

I am not seeing the esim option under the sim card manager on my phone.

Anyone else experienced this?

My phone is on Android Ver.13 and One UI ver. 5.1

To find the option for eSIMs on your Note20:

1. **Open Settings**: Go to the Settings app on your Note20.
2. **Connections**: Tap on "Connections" or "Network & Internet", depending on your device's setup.
3. **Mobile Networks**: Look for "Mobile Networks" or a similar option.
4. **SIM Card Manager**: In this section, you should see an option for managing SIM cards. The eSIM option should be visible here if your device supports it.

If you don't see an option for eSIMs in these settings, it's possible that your carrier or region doesn't currently support eSIM functionality on the Note20. In that case, you may want to check with your carrier for more information.

Yes, the Note20 series, including the Note20 and Note20 Ultra, does support eSIMs. This allows you to use a digital SIM card alongside or instead of a physical SIM card, depending on your carrier and region.

Me too Mine esim was working but once i reset my phone then boom it disappeared
