I have felt, while holding the phone, that the battery has swollen up. I also noticed a slight curve to the inwards on screen panel...might be due to the battery exerting pressure. The back of the phone also feels swollen and curved ever so slightly. I checked both front and back surfaces of my phone by placing it on plain surface. Although the battery is performing just alright...survives through the day. Also, no extreme overheating issues. Battery does show its age but still working fine after 3 years. I have run the diagnostics and it shows that the battery is 'weak'.

What should I do ???
#Note20ultra

I live in NZ and I've had that problem also but stopped using it because the swelling raised and cracked the back piece of my phone. Not sure what to do from here because I'm a loyal samsung user and still love using this phone.
