As u can see the phone lasts around 10hrs on full battery. Even in idle mode it's draining a lot of battery. I've tried almost everything internet suggested except factory reset.

I got my battery replaced just over a week ago, so the adaptive battery should be doing it's thing.

I have the same problem. This is the 2nd time I have my battery replaced. I didn't pay attention that the 1st time the battery didn't hold charge well. The 2nd time I did. They replaced it again and the same problem. At this point, I was told the issue is with the phone itself.

Fully charged, everything that could be disabled off, it drains 30% of the battery overnight, leaving me with 70% in the morning.

On top of this, this is the 2nd samsung phone I have in a row that periodically won't take or make calls, and I need to toggle the VoLTE SIM 1 switch to make it work. The N9 and N20U5g. My husband has the same model and has no such issues. I'm a long-time Samsung user, not just phones. But... I have a 40yo S dual cassette radio that works like brand new. What gives?

I have the same problem. Have note 20 ultra 5g. The technician said. Because of the update. They explained that even if new battery replaced its still draining fast. So I insist but still the issue haven't resolved I like noted 20 ultra version because it has memory card. I don't want to upgrade. I don't they should have check the capacitor and everything. Such disappointment

If its not the battery itself, then its the apps.

Look around in battery and device>battery and shut down or uninstall any apps that are using too much. Browsers like chrome should only use about 10-12%. Shut off anything youre not using by pressing the ||| button on the bottom left and close all. Do this for any app you finished using.

Another thing you can do is turn on dark mode, lower brightness, display, etc.

The note 20 ultra is like half a decade old now so youre not going to be getting the best performance out of it. My phone barely lasts 4 hrs these days if im watching stuff on it but i have the original battery.

30% overnight is unusual, even mine doesnt do that but i have mine plugged in a charger overnight.

Basically, activate any power saving tool you can and it should help loads.
