Fingerprint recording screen does not show the circle

Hi does anyone know how or why the fingerprint recording page is just black and the fingerprint recoding circle does not appear? Or not visible? I used to have fingerprint recorded. Now my banking apps stopped recognising my fingerprint and home button does not respond. The left hand three lines button does not work either.

Sounds like you may have a hardware issue. You ran the diagnostics in Members app?

Hi. Thanks for the comment. I ran diagnostics test. Fingerprint can't be stored because as i said above fingerprint circle is not visible

This sounds like a hardware issue, needing a repair or replacement, are you able to backup your device and try a factory reset?

I did a soft reset and everything is back in again
Phew! Coz I adore my Samsung Note20ultra 5g. Couldn't give it up. Thanks.
