camera failed when switching to front camera

after updating the phone i cant switch to front camera

i have an error message : camera failed

then the front camera stop working too

i rest settings and get back camera work but front camera still not ..some times it works

i cleared the data and cache ...same problem

hard reset and get no help

safe mode the same

what to do ?
