Hi all. Quick question.

I have a Samsung Note 20 4G on o2 in the UK and still stuck on Android OS 11 and U.I 3.1.

Can I ask if anyone can help to get the latest U.i 4.0 and if there will be a chance my handset will get the Android OS 12 update.
