Hi all

My phone and instagram is all up to date but can't seem to react to a dm with an emoji other than like. I have the Samsung note 20 ultra. Has anyone else had this issue?

I've sent them a message but not heard anything back. Thought I'd check if you're all able to reaction with different emojis on IG DMs

we are sure that they will provide you with the steps to do this soon. As far as we can see the option is there. To send emojis you will need to select this option on your Samsung Keyboard app: How to Get the Best Out of Samsung Keyboard – Samsung Global Newsroom

I have a Note 20 Ultra and I have the same problem when I try to react to IG messages. I think our phones are just too old.
