Hi everyone I need help with my phone .for some risen my phone can't download the new update and it's been about 2 weeks like

I do receiving that there is a new update and that I need to download it but is doesn't work I try many time but it's doesn't work the download is just stand on 0% and after I receive that it's been something wrong

Are you using wifi or mobile data?

Hi @zhanett Ensure you have sufficient charge before updating (at least 50%), if by any chance you were updating via Data try Wifi.

If still issues you could try updating via Smart Switch,need to connect phone to computer and have the software installed. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-update-latest-software-for-your-galaxy-mobile-device/
