Full backup to PC

I am using Galaxy note 20 Ultra,

my data volume 86GB size in total,

I am trying to backup first time

when I use Smart Switch S/W with PC and try to backup and waiting for more than 4 hours,

the backup has been completed yet,, I think it take 2-3 hours more

is it normal or there is some faster way to backup like with Mirco SD card or external USB drive,,

could you please someone help me?

I would suggest back your offline media like music, photos, videos and other downloaded stuff manually. All you need to do connect your mobile to a pc and copy things and paste it. I find this is faster. Other stuff like contacts , reminders etc can be backup via Google or if you want via smartswitch. The time taking stuff is media files. I hope you got my point

@Members_ijsfIfm: If you're having some issues backing up your device using Smart Switch on your home computer, then I recommend heading to Settings > Accounts and backup > Samsung Cloud > Select all > Back up, followed by Google Drive > Back up data. Let me know how you get on.
