Hello,

I am a UK resident. I bought a Note 20 Ultra 5G, as a grey import, from Singapore.

My device is dual-SIM, and I believe the UK version is also dual-SIM.

Is there a way I can change the CSC of my device and get a UK firmware build onto it?

Nope, UK firmware does not support Snapdragon processor.

Hi. I bought the global Exynos sku of the phone, for that very reason

The model and serial number will be for a specific region. So your not going to be able to do anything about that.
I'm assuming you are asking as Samsung Pay won't work with a UK sim.
I've looked into it before with one of my previous devices, but couldn't change anything

I tried this trick:

Typing: *#272*IMEI# into the dialer. I can see an option to select the UK/BTU. Chose it, phone reset/rebooted... and I was in UK mode

I see you've accepted your own solution on this.

Are you saying typing in *#272*IMEI# in your phone dialer changed your csc to BTU ?

Yup. You can I get a list of countries (well CSCs). I selected BTU (for the UK) and boom.. Phone rest into UK mode.

Is your phone a Snapdragon version?

Did your phone Factory Reset after completing the csc change ?

I have a Exynos version. I used the standard Samsung dialler. Maybe try with Google Phone instead?

My phone was purchased from affordablemobiles on a contract with Vodafone. There was a sticker on the box saying it had been Imported from a EU country and reset and samsung had been notified. My firmware is UK firmware, so I guess it can be done. A guy at samsung KX said he hadn't heard of this before though.

No since Android 11 with the latest security it is not possible anymore! Means that he still has the security earlier then January 2021!

Doesn't matter with which dialler you try, it all depends which security you have, When you have the security earlier January 2021 then it works!

When you know someone from Samsung and works on the server with firmwares then they can change it when they want, don't know what price they will charge because needs to be done beside the books because it is not allowed normally!

Download SamFW tool and put it on your laptop/PC and you can unlock FRP and change CSC to BTU without wiping your device.

سلام عليكم معايه جهاز نوت ١٠بلس فوجي كنت شاريه من السعوديه وبحثت بي رقم ايمي جابلي ان الجهاز سعودي كنت عاوز اعرف كود csc بتاع الجهاز موجه لدوله ايه
