Last year I reported to Samsung that my phone showing black small dot on top of screen. I have been told by Samsung remote helpline technician that my phone is perfectly fine and have no issues , which is annoying....... sensor sort of thing aswell I have been told ...... just check on online platforms and its a screen fault . Any Advice? Regards

This reminds me of the Galaxy S6 I had years ago.
It had a black spot on the screen and needed a new screen to fix it.
Really weird fault and surprised you have it on a newer device.

You may not see the dot as it is hardware problem....

Yeah it won't show with a screen shot.
New screen unfortunately needed.
Worth getting it double checked as a precaution

Having the same issue but 3 dots on the right hand side. Going to question it at the samsung shop as I haven't dropped it and its got a fully covering case
