Device is locked message

My note 20 ultra sometimes shows. Message. This device is locked. Please return to owner ... but has a wrong e-mail address. How can I correct this?

Sounds like you have a bought a used phone.
Have you had it long?
If not I'd look at returning it to the seller and look at getting another
Suspect it's linked to someone's account and they have not removed it

Hi @glentech, no, this is a brand new dovice, and I unboxed it myself .I have looked through the settings, but it seems to elude me .

I would suggest to contact Samsung and ask them to check the serial number of the phone.

If necessary arrange for them to send DPD for the phone to have it swapped out @telescope

its a Kapersky issue.
