I think it has something to do with your accessibility settings but am not completely sure. (Just tick it)

@Flintstone is right, he is Google's icon for functions that permit the magnification of content on your screen. It is a function that comes in handy if you have near-sightedness or are struggling to read your screen in daylight.

You can set somewhere which accessibility help opens when you click it , but I cannot find the option any more 😞

How do you use the little accessibility man icon? I press it and nothing happens
