Camera autofocus problem note 20 ultra

Please help! Camera in my note 20 ultra snapdragon doesn't autofocus from 1× to 5×.

Is this a software problem or hardware problem?

I have android 12, UI 4.1

Not 100% sure I'm understanding what you mean
Is it not focusing on 1x and 5X specifically
Or not focusing between the two
So wide angle and zoom is OK?

It only started with the one ui 4.1 update, I've told Samsung about it , its the same on Samsung s20 ultra

Hello! Photos are blurry between 1x fo 5x. And video is the same.

Hello! What do you think? Should we wait for the next update? I dont want to open the phone because will not be waterproof anymore. Im sad, i got this phone new 800€.

Was not blurry on ui 4.0 or ui 3.0?

Maybe to do a downgrade helps?

Was not blurry before. I will try to do do downgrade, but I thing that is a hardware problem. I dont want to open the phone because will not be waterproof anymore.

I dont know man! This is expensive phone and it happens in both, note and s20 ultra.

THEY HAVE TO DO SOMETHING. IF NOT, I WIL BY IPHONE .
