Mine niether, not locked bought direct from Samsung. It has downloaded the December 19 update, which was supposed to have the new UI and Android 10

I connected up to smartswitch on friday and the update was there. Kept checking for ota but nothing came through.

Hi, what's the process you use to update via smart switch? I've gone on the app and found no information about updates.

I downloaded Smart switch from Samsung site. I made sure I had it on my phoe also. I connected the phone, having opened the smart switch on my mac. Once I had linked the two I got a message that there was an upgrade. I then just followed the instructions. Really simple in the end. Best of Luck.

I also saw it on smartswitch but the size was only shown to be 5133mb, i've waited for the OTA update which has just come through, in process of updating now, 1.9gb size.

Don't rush the update cuz you will loose good lock

There is nothing significantly new to it. Only 2 things are new:

Ability to screen record from the toggles

Google gestures which does not work with every app
