Note 20 UltraFingerprint scanner stopped working

I just installed a new update and noticed that fingerprint scanner stopped working. I removed all saved fingerprints and set them up again but it didn't help.

What's wrong with you Samsung? There's always something f**ked up after every update. Previous one did something with buttery life. Previously I could easily get full day having 4-5 hours SOT and still had 25-30% left at the end of the day, but now I have to look for a charger in the evenings, doing only 2-3 hours SOT.

I've been with Samsung since D500 and now I get less, and less happy with their products.

Mine is hit and miss with fingerprints after the last update. Sometimes have to press really hard on the screen, or try all registered fingers before one works.

Hopefully it's a bug that's patched soon

Just received a biometrics update this morning for the fingerprint reader.
Seems more responsive now.

And I just got one. Looks like the patch fixed the problem, because it works everytime I use the sensor to unlock the phone. Just like before

The recent update works for me about 90% of the time. I have another phone which is S20FE, works 99% of the time.
