Note 20 Ultra S Pen and Camera Intermittent

Hi,

My Note 20 Ultra started having S Pen as camera remote issues.

Currently:

S Pen will generally open the camera. Single click may or may not start recording or take a picture. Shutter sound is inconsistent, this is problematic when listening through earbuds or when I can’t see the screen. Sometimes when a text comes through while recording it shuts the camera off. I can’t seem to recreate the conditions to make these things happen.

What I’ve done:

Talked to Samsung support several times, they’ve been helpful in trying to troubleshoot and they sent me a new S Pen.

Reset camera, cleared cache and data, reset S Pen, wiped cache partition, tried it in safe mode, ran test mode *#0*#, turned functions off / on

I’m hoping to avoid a hard reset.

any ideas?
