Not been around recently to update this, but managed to finally get into the bootloader and wipe the cache from there. Phone now seems stable.
(something loitering from the Android 12 upgrade?)

Anyway the weird thing is, to get into the bootloader, you need either USB plugged in to PC, or just into a charger.
Refused to enter the bootloader when plugged into the mains charger. Tried it later on when in the car, and it booted straight into it with the car charger.
Bit weird.

Getting an issue with my Note 20 Ultra freezing up in several apps, video player not working and requiring reboot.

Have the latest firmware version (UK unlocked variant)

Tried booting into Bootloader to clear cache in there, phone refuses to boot into bootloader (gets stuck in boot loop)

Anything else I can try before sending it in for repair. (nearest repair centre is an hour drive away)

This is reminiscent of my Note 4 which had either Ram or Flash failure
