    <description>Was recently part of the beta programme (android 12) but unfortunately this caused massive lag on my phone to the extent I had to delete the update.&lt;DIV&gt;I followed the instructions to roll back to what I was hoping to my last version, instead the roll back is a full factory reset.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;My phone now has massive connection problems,unable to connect my galaxy watch, can't get back on Facebook,.....&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
