When I will get the beta version

My os patch is on the may

I haven't got any update upto now

Hi,

That sounds really bad if I read it correctly that you have not had an update since May?!?

Assume you have a Note 20 Ultra?
What country are you in?
Where did you get your phone from.
What is your CSC? Perhaps you could post a screenshot of the Settings>About Phone>Software Information.

Without sounding rude, you have checked under Software Update>Download and Install to see if there are any updates?

To be honest, I would not worry too much about the beta right now, I would get your device updated with up to date Software with the latest Security Patch first.
With the questions above, hopefully we can help a little more.

CSC is Country Service Code. It tells your device and the Samsung Servers what country and or Service Provider your phone is using.

Excellent.

Right, under the Service Provider Software Version you can see that you have BTU as your CSC codes. This is good as it states your phone is eligible for the beta.

HOWEVER we need to get your phone updated to the latest software as I assume it will not come up with the beta invite with the version you currently have on there, I could be wrong though, that's just an assumption.

Just to be sure, when you open this app up, at the very top as soon as you open it can you see a banner that mentions the beta? Also, look under the 'Benefits' section and look under 'See more', is there anything about the beta under there?

Hey that's good.

Do NOT hit withdraw!

Now go to Settings>Software update>Download and Install

It may be there already but may take an hour or so to show up, only saying it may that that long as heard one other person had to wait a while for the update to show up.

If its there then please do a FULL backup of your phone breve installing it. Save than Sorry.

I would think that the update may wipe your phone as you have not had an update for so long.
