It's already live, at least for me. My Note 20 Ultra was bought from Samsung directly, so it's unlocked.
I will not be joining the Beta programme since this is my main phone 🙂

It does not matter if your device is unlocked, it's the CSC that determines eligibility.

Can you both please post a screenshot of
Setting>About Phone>Software Information.

OK, in the 2nd page you can see under 'Service Provider...' section that it states OXM_EVR...

So OXM tells us that the phone has firmware that contains multiple different CSC values, like EVR, O2U etc. which refer to different providers, EE, O2, VM...
I'm pretty sure that it also gives us a good clue that the device is unlocked to any network but it's always best to test this by dropping in a Sim from a different service provider to your one to make sure it accepts it and works OK without asking you for an Unlock Code (do not get confused with the Sim unlock code, that's simply associated with the physical sim card). If there is a Sim Card Pin then just enter it and phone should work fine, test to make sure.

So once confirmed that it is definitely unlocked we need to charge the CSC on your phone to be BTU. BTU tells the Samsung servers that your device is not branded to a specific network and eligible to receive unbranded Beta updates directly from Samsung rather than from your service provider. Hope this all makes sense.
The rest is just an overview, I cannot put all the instructions on here but there are plenty of guides out there, just make sure you use reputable sources like XDA. Feel free to ask of course. If you decide to go ahead then PLEASE just make sure YOU DO A FULL BACKUP 😉👍🏻

There are two ways you can disagree the CSC.
1. Via your devices 'Phone' dialpad with some specific numbers and #* symbols. This will automatically reboot your device and totally wipe it so you will have to restore from backup or just do a clean build. Search XDA for your specific phone model number and 'change CSC' for detailed steps and more info.
2. With a Windows based tool/program called SAMKEY, it's not free and will cost you £5 or so as your will have to buy a token to be able to run the procedure. Only costs one token to charge the CSC but worth having a few spare IMHO. I have never used it myself but think I'm going to give it a go on my Fold 3 in a few days. This way sits not wipe your phone but be careful that the correct options are selected to not wipe it, sorry, I'm vague as not seen it yet myself. Make sure you remove all Fingerprints, passwords etc. that you use to login to your phone, from what I have read of you so not so this then the change does not stick and you have to use anther token I guess. Again, have a search on XDA. 👍

Don't be put off with the above, it really is pretty easy to be honest, just be careful by reading and following the instructions to the letter! ALWAYS DO A FULL BACKUP EVEN IF YOU DON'T THINK ANYTHING CAN GO WRONG. You can then do a full restore should something happen.
