Or you could restart your phone in "Safe Mode." (look this up on YouTube) This stars your phone up with ONLY apps that came with the phone. If nothing happens, e. g. Restart or crash, then it will be one of the apps that you installed.

@Omar Longa: While the Note 20 was in Safe Mode, did the phone restart? If not then a third party app is likely to be the source of the issue. If you're not sure, restart the phone in Safe Mode once again, and monitor the performance of the device for a few hours, or longer depending on the frequency of the problem. If it doesn't restart, reboot the phone as you would normally and remove any third party apps that you've installed since setting up the phone.

@Omar Longa: If the issue was present in Safe Mode then I recommend performing a Factory Data Reset to return the phone to its default settings. First of all, head to Settings > Accounts and Backup > Backup Data > Select All > Backup. Go back and do the same for Google Drive to backup your photos, or do this via your preferred cloud backup option, then head to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset. If you still encounter the issue following the above steps, and you're based in the UK/Ireland, then please reach out to our Help Desk via the link below, and an advisor will be able to arrange for the phone to be inspected and repaired by an authorised engineer.
