Is anyone else having issues with the note 20 ultra where the phone gets very hot?

What is your ambient temperature. Phones can often be 15-20C warmer than ambient when under load or on charge.

to be perfectly honest note 20 ultras are missing vapour Chambers and copper piping which allows it to cool down I've never had a phone that over heats and WEFIX technician agreed with me

That may be so, but as i said before, phones easily exceed 20C higher than ambient under load or charge.
And your ambient is 35C, leaving only a 10C margin. Even at idle your phone temp is probably resting at 5C above ambient, so 40C.

mine overheats sometimes , but not much , only when i'm playing games , but ive heard that people with note20 ultra& has exynos software phones do heat up .

All that we can do is keep complaining to Samsung and tell them about this issue more who complain about it the better
