Create Note in Air Command

I bought a new Note 20 Ultra. The create note sometimes in the air command does not work when I use the S Pen. Have reset the S Pen. But still persist. Sometimes when I remove the S Pen the create note sometimes appears in the lock screen, at times doesnt work.

Other apps in the air command works when I use the S Pen.

Any one has this problem?
