For some reason my apps keep crashing. Gmail, Snapchat etc.. I've restated my phone but no look help

My webview's most recent update was at least a few days ago (it had disappeared from the recently updated list in the play store which shows some apps updated 2 days ago) but uninstalling the updates appears to have worked.

I have tried doing that to reset my phone so not working every time I click on messages just keeps closing the app

I have restarted and switched my phone of and on and my Google or Gmail and AOL have stopped working

Hi guys,

Advice we've received:

"Samsung is aware of this phenomenon which may appear on Galaxy devices due to Google Webview issue and this problem was already resolved with the latest app updates of Android System Webview and Chrome, 89.0.4389.105 version."

To update Android System Webview

Settings >Apps > Search Webview > Tab Android System Webview > App details in store > Update.

To update Google Chrome

Settings > Apps > Chrome > App details in store > Update

Please note that If the Update menu is not available, please tap the Enable button to activate app update.

All apps Crashing and not working.

As of yesterday the 22nd of March 2021 all of my emails apps open then close,Samsung pay doesn't even open.

I'm finding more as I go on!

Last night I found someone saying go to apps,storage and clear memory.

This works but it means setting everything up again.

Does anyone else have a better solution?

go to apps look for Android system webview,then click on the 3 dots in top right hand corner and click uninstall updates 👍

You dont need to uninstall android Web view, they released a patch, just update it
