Tap on your phone icon.

Press the 3 little dots in the top Rh corner.

Choose settings.

Choose Other Call Settings.

Toggle on Show Caller Information.

Can you try your sim card in another phone as a process of elimination.

This could be your network that you might need to speak with too.

Go to Settings; Apps; Call Protect App and disable or force stop it.
