Hello everyone,

I have samsung Note 10 plus, and last week its update but after updating software i keep getting pop up ads. I have tried all settings but not working, please can someone help to stop getting pop up ads.

Sounds as if you have downloaded someting that has something attached. Have you downloaded a game recently and then noticed the ads ??

Samsung do not embed adds into their software or apps.

Go into Safe Mode to see if they stop.

> Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

Also please do send your feedback via your Samsung Members App so this goes directly to the relevant Samsung Department.

If they stop then one of your downloaded apps , themes etc have ads embedded.

Come out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent downloaded apps etc one at a time until they stop.
