Hi , having trouble with my note 9, had fone for a week and the message notifications gone in status bar and sound , only getting edge Lighting, and if I miss that I won't c any message showing ,thanx

First thing to do is a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On please.

Using the side volume rocker switch press it down and then swipe down when the volume bar appears @Lisa34

Is the notifications sound bar turned up ?
