&lt;P&gt;May I assume the phone charges OK via a cable ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;My wireless charging option is not working,&amp;nbsp;although all settings are correct it still doesn't work. I have tried 4 separate charging units (all that my partner uses for his Note 10 plus). When I run diagnostics on the wireless charging it doesn't do anything (no tick on icon or that all is normal with it) , it also doesn't charge another wireless charging item. Any help would be greatly appreciated &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>
