You could give Food or Selective Focus mode a try.

@BiddyBean: If Macro mode is available on your Note 10+ then it can be accessed by opening the Camera app, swiping over to the 'More' section, and tapping on 'Macro' from here. For clarity, please take a look at the link below from our friends at Samsung Australia.
