When I charge my note 9 at night, and set my alarm for work, the next morning, the alarm does not off because the phone has reboot itself during the night ( fix please ) the phone is 4 weeks old.

Try this:

Settings > Device care > Go to 'More options' menu in top-right corner of the screen (the menu icon looks like three dots) > Auto restart > Off
