Screen recorder not recording sound in a game (s10+ note)

So whenever I try to record audio of a game it doesnt record it. I have tried everything now I really need sone help.

@Members_evS1S8Y: Please can you try heading to Settings > Advanced features > Screenshots and screen recorder > Screen recorder > Sound, and make sure that 'Media sounds' is selected.

If this setting is already in place, please can you confirm if you are running the game through Game Launcher, and if the issue is affecting all games, or just certain ones?
