It show s pen disconnected i used my phone for a year now,I did reset s pen but still not work, thank you very much for your help

I've never had this issue before with any S Pen. It needs to be inside some the models to charge up... Even after being inserted for long periods of time and it's doing this... There could be a fault. Was the phone purchased brand new? You maybe able to go through a warranty repair / replacement if faulty...

I take extra care with the pens as they can be fragile. Nearly lost a couple down the sides of sofas even.
