    <description>Anyone having a ny problems with flashing on their phone?. It just started a few days ago and it turns my video call off whist in the middle of talking ,which is very annoying. Any insite would be very greatful. Thanks</description>

      <description>Try wiping the cache partition on the phone and that should resolve the issue. To do this, just search 'how to wipe cache partition note 10+' and you should find what you are looking for &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;. This will disable all third party apps and help to determine if the problem is stemming from and external source. To proceed, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release &amp;gt; Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release &amp;gt; To confirm, tap Safe mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you notice that the problem is no longer present in Safe Mode, please restart the phone as you would normally and delete any recently installed, third party apps. Sadly it won't be possible to tell which app is responsible, so please approach this via process of elimination.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
