note 10 picking up static noise when off

my phone was playing sounds on the speaker, no app was open. It sounded like people talking, and someones kid but it was very faint as it sounded like it was coming from an fm radio with static noise. it went on for like 3 minutes and then stopped. Anyone? Thanks

I had this issue, but It seemed music was playing, I restarted my phone and never had it again. Try restarting!
