Note 10 Lite screen unresponsive when charging

Hello

I have a Galaxy Note 10 Lite for nearly a month now and overall love the phone. But one issue has arisen and gotten worse over recent days. When i use the phone whilst charging the screen becomes erratic & often unresponsive. Often the app drawer freezes,recent apps also freezes and scrolling becomes choppy. Also sometimes swipes become touches & it is becoming frustrating. With charger unplugged it works great and although battery life is great and i don't use it so much when charging it is still an annoyance. I have cleared cache partition,changed to another similar Samsung fast charger and cleaned charger and charging port but it still happens. Sometimes it is worse than other

Hi @Shamrock_Sean

I'm sorry you feel that way about the forum.

You do realise right that many of the replies including mine come from fellow members who give up their own personal time to help.

I'm in tne Uk so time differences can occur when people post too.

In regards to your issue I'd suggest to put the phone in Safe Mode which disables downloaded apps but leaves the stock ones working and then see what happens.

If the issues stop then one or more of your apps are causing this issue.

same problem on the same phone , tried safe mode and didn't work

The touch become glitch as soon as I put it on charging

May you try Adaptive Fast Charger instead.
I facing Super Fast Charge not working and need reboot often to fix it.
EP-TA800 PD charger look unstable or phone glitch see this clip video

Hi! Had the same issue, ussualy when battery is under 10% and plugged in. I fix it by seting power saving mode in drop down meniu. Now phone works fine.

Even i have the same problem, this is happening when using 25w super fast charger that came with it. When using 15w s8 charger, I don't have this issue
