Waiting for approval

Been stuck "waiting for approval" since last week. How long does it take? Getting fed up of waiting, thinking of cancelling the order and going elsewhere. Previous contracts have been with tesco and I've had the phone the next day.

But there have been cases where representatives of Samsung step in and I had a query about a monitor repair also answered by someone representing this dept, although it was a post querying a fire risk 😆. We will just have to guess what it's about then 🤔

All you can do is persevere with them or buy from elsewhere unfortunately.
