      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi just wondering if a MOD or anyone else could help me out please? I ordinal&amp;nbsp;did the S7 Edge upgrade program and have now signed up to the S8+ upgrade program, I have looked in the T&amp;amp;Cs to find out what I have to return (I see I have to return the phone and what was in the box) but do I have to return the VR headset I got given as a pre order offer? if not will I be able to use the VR headset with the S8+ as it has USB C not &amp;nbsp;the same as the type used on the S7?.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for any help on this matter!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As the Gear VR 2015 (SM-R322) was a gift, you can keep it. The Gear VR 2015 (SM-R322) is only compatible with the S7 and S6 series phones and there is no adaptor that will enable this as it uses a Micro-USB connection, where the Galaxy S8 has a USB-C port.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would hope there was some package for it so I could carry on enjoying my friends 360 photo's they send .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just completed the S7 &amp;gt; S8 upgrade and going through the process you get to a point that shows how much time (in %) you have to upgrade (I was at 100% as I had my S7 10th of March) So you would have to wait 12 months to upgrade free (less any phone damage) to stay in the program.       <description>&lt;P&gt;sorry, i can't find an icon on samsung members.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've very bad experience with Samsung experience 9.0 beta.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After installation the phone hadn't started again!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to send the phone to samsung and they flash the mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;;-(&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now, i started my phone again, and what a bad surprise, it will install the experience 9.0 beta again &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;"&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;9. How can I quit Galaxy beta Programme?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="ans"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="ans"&gt;You can cancel through “Withdraw from Galaxy Beta Programme” under the “Settings” menu in the “Samsung Members” app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="ans"&gt;In order to use the official software and services, be sure to re-install (rollback) the final version of the official software.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="ans"&gt;You can re-install software by using the PC version of Smart Switch. Once the software is re-installed, the device will be reset and all data that was generated during the Galaxy Beta Programme will be erased.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="ans"&gt;(You can find details from FAQ #10 below.)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="ans"&gt;All data which had been backed up before installing the beta software can be recovered, but there may be limitations in recovering data that was created after installing the beta software.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class="ans"&gt;The Samsung Service Center also supports re-installation of the official software.&lt;/P&gt;
