Delivery Amendment

I've ordered an S23 Ultra and a case but want to amend my delivery date. Samsung are telling me I cannot do this and instead arrange it with the carrier. Delivery is not for 2 weeks and I therefore thought this would be straightforward but apparently not. Can anyone suggest how I am able to amend my delivery date without having to wait until it is despatched.

I had a similar issue, for some reason the samsung website ordered the wrong colour. I had to cancel the order and reorder a new one

Once the dates are set they can't ammend anything at Samsungs end which is what Samsung have advised.

Or you should recieve communication from DPD if your in the UK via their app [ download it if you haven't ] as in there you maybe able to alter the schedule.

You would most probably need to cancel and start again as a last resort but even then the dates may change.

Looks like I may need to cancel my order and start again. Just don't want to be charged twice. Alternatively I am in the UK so as BandOfBrothers had suggested I could download the DPD app and arrange it with them.

Apart from cancelling your order, the only thing I can thing is to wait for the despatch advice and change the delivery day that way if it's with DPD delivery partners in the UK cos if you cancel you might not be able to get the one you wanted as it could go put of stock.

Yes best way if you only want to delay by a couple of days is to wait for DPD message. You will get a message when they have received it for delivery and you then have option to change.

Downloading the DPD app and confirming or changing the delivery date is definitely the way to go.
