Galaxy Watch 6 Promotion

Hi all,

I've been researching the reorder promotion for the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic free when you get the S24Ultra. I reordered the S24Ultra and received it on the 24th of January. I was informed by the store I purchased through that I need to wait 28 days to claim the Watch, however, looking at different forums online it seems that it was meant to be a promotion applied when receiving the phone or a code you were given.

My question is; given that I was not given a code and told to simply "wait 28 days and send proof of purchase to samsung" am I too late for the promotion and was the information I received incorrect?

Hi, I thought the same, but you can claim the free watch promotion as soon as you receive your s24 model, you need your IME number with some other information, once approved you get it in 45 days or sooner.

@AJgalaxy99 just to advise the promotional watch is a Samsung Watch 6 and not a Samsung Watch⁶ Classic.

Oh, I think I may need to have a word with the store who sold me the phone. I'm not bothered by it not being a classic but I've received a lot of false information from them during the process

I'm afraid so, but remember that it's upto 45 days, it could still be within the 45 days, I believe that's just the general time frame given, I've read of some people getting it earlier, even within a couple of weeks, so the time frame may vary.

Did you receive the watch already? I'm in Ireland and got my claim approved on 24/01 but no sign of the watch yet. After a week or so they changed the status to Reward Processing but it is still on that.
I'm a bit concerned because I put it to deliver to my building instead of my work by not realizing they would use the first address added on the claim. I received the phone on the 24th without any notice/warning that it was going to be delivered on that day. I first got the S24 Ultra and after some days I received the buds I bought together. It was nice to receive my phone before a trip, but if I hadn't put it to deliver to my work, I may have missed that it had been delivered.

No, I still haven't received my watch, I think you should call customer service about the change of delivery address just in case.

On Wednesday they sent me an email basically saying "There has been a delay in sending out your gift."
Not sure what it actually means, on the claim website it still says "Reward Sent
By 9 Mar 2024"

Same here got email saying reward being delayed due to unforseen demand. Wtf such a big company and they can't fulfil orders even AFTER 45 days. Will be right pi**d off if they don't send it

I got an e-mail yesterday at 17:30 saying that my watch has been dispatched.
No word from DPD yet, let's see...
