Samsung Galaxy S24 Series - Claiming the Smartwatch - Where is the Invoice number?

Hi all

I hope someone can help me.

I just received my Samsung S24 series phone and I was filling in information to claim the smartwatch; where It is asking for an 'Invoice Number'. But I can't find such information either in the email or the document that came with the package. The only available numbers are 'PO Number' and 'Order Number'.

Please can someone help?

Once you have received your new device, you'll receive an email with your invoice. Number is on that.

Mine came day after delivery.

Hi PO stands for purchase order number, on my S24 the invoice number is my order number, it's fully trackable to you the customer from start to finish, when Samsung contact your retailer the order number will verify your details. Not use PO.

I can't find my invoice number.Theres a long number with order written underneath but then there is another order with letters and long number

Invoice number should be the same as your order number if you ordered from the Samsung website, @janeyrobbo. (If you ordered from the UK Samsung site it'll start with "UK".)

@MIacob: If you ordered from a third party such as Vodafone, then please check your invoice for an invoice number or receipt number, usually located towards the top of the document. If you're unsure where to look, please contact Vodafone Support directly.
