    <description>Ditto. I contacted customer service to find out what was happening and was told they couldn't help at the moment as there was a technical fault so they couldn't check my order. So I don't know anything, no new delivery date and no way of tracking.</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;I preordered my s24 ultra on the launch date. Selected Saturday 27/01/2024 as the delivery date and I got an email just now saying due to unforseen circumstances it won't be being delivered today. Has anyone else had that issue? It's now showing on tracking that its not going to come for another 2 weeks. What is the point in having delivery slots then the day its supposed to be sent saying its not coming. Especially when it's pre order its frustrating, as now I have no idea when it's going to come and I'm working away at the moment which is why I had selected this weekend. I don't even know if I will be home for the reschedule as it gives me no further information other than shipping from the 10/02/2024. No help on live chat and can't get through on the phone lines. I never had this issue with my other Galaxy S serises&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>The whole purchase experience has been abysmal. Preordered slight error, tried to rectify it, and customer services were so unhelpful  the shop app and website communication were useless.  Ended up with a phone with  ½ the capacity I wanted. All I got was cancelnthe order and lose my discount codes.</description>

      <description>That's so bad! They should he trying harder its their mess-up its unfair to keep us loyal customers in the dark and only offer something like that. I don't think I have ever had such bad service from Samsung:(</description>

      <description>I only saw the new date when I went onto order tracking. They havnt set anything in via email just that they will send one when it's on the way. Which isn't great.</description>

      <description>Ss long as you're off their back, they don't care.  OK, I misunderstood, and as soon as I tried, I found out  the error. I tried for days to rectify it. It's a lovely phone, don't get me wrong, but you shouldn't lose everything just like that. Awful customer services and intransigent staff.</description>

      <description>I'm in the same boat. Was due today, had an email this morning saying it's delayed, check tracking and it's saying from the 10th Feb now. Tried to use the web chat, waited in the queue for over an hour, it got down til I was 3rd in the queue then said there were no chat agents available! Tried to call customer service, gave up after 45 minutes. Don't want to cancel as I have cases and screen protector coming today from Amazon and don't want the hassle of sending that back too.</description>

      <description>Mine was due on the 24th, and I received an email saying it's delayed until the 26th. Then another email saying only the S24U was coming on the 26th as the other items were delayed (the Watch 6). At least I received it on the 26th though, 2 weeks seems like a long delay.</description>

No one in customer service know anything at all, and since i have the flex deal, my current phone has to be returned within 14days..       <description>I do feel like Samsung need to make a proper statement on it as we can't seem to get anywhere with customer services. I agree I could understand if it was a day or two but two weeks is super long and it's only a predicted date even though i ordered it right after the launch. I also have cases and that coming and don't want to cancel. It sounds like some people are getting them and some arnt. I had two galaxy ultras from Samsung and never had this before. My partner ordered at the same time as me but his is still showing the correct delivery date and my friend ordered for her and her mom and hers has been delayed and now also showing as the two weeks wait like mine</description>

      <description>Try emailing over with the order email or screen shooting it, they must have some kind of trace of it. An they can't expect you to send your other one back if they havnt provided the phone you ordered surely?</description>

      <description>I cant do anything from my orders page either it just crashes every time I had to go into support and track orders to see it, as the email today had no information other than it was delayed. But thats crazy that they can't answer I guess they are overwhelmed by people chasing it up &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt; but I do hope it gets sorted for you. I guess try give foxway a call and explain? They might he able to delay it till you get things sorted at least?</description>

I still havnt been able to get a delivery date for mine and I ordered it before then. I will try to call Samsung again today as I was unable to get through yestday</description>

      <description>Yes I've seen others mentioning that too. A 2 week delay seems quite excessive and defeat the purpose of pre-ordering really  My delivery was only the S24U, the watch is delayed until the 30th.</description>
