Galaxy Watch.

I have just taken delivery of the free Samsung watch which was part of the deal when you purchased the new Samsung S24 phone.

When I opened the box containing the watch,to my surprise the watch was there but no strap so is this a packing error or does the strap come separately?

The strap does not come with the watch. It is a separate product.

In my order, they all are separate products.

No, I think you have to buy the watch strap separately. I know they did last year when the watch came out.

No, I do not think @bartparker will have to buy the strap. The strap is added to the order as well as the watch, but they are different items. The strap should arrive later on.

On my order, I have an entry for the phone, one for the watch and one for the strap.

it should be: Sport Band SM for Galaxy Watch6. However, there was not option for selecting colour or anything. We will get what Samsung gives and to be fair it is a "free" gift.

I need clarification on this too. I only received a watch box. I have not opened it as I listed it for sale. Is the strap inside the box?

I received the strap and the watch, how else are you supposed to wear it? I did find it odd that the package came opened with the watch strap in it but also on your pre order, the strap is listed as an additional item

It should be, mine was stuck to the inside of the lid. Also the box came opened which is odd with no seal to even be removed

Yeah mine also came like this ^ it was unsealed but had the watch strap in
