      <description>&lt;P&gt;I refused delivery of an S24 Ultra/512GB (€1359) because shortly after I ordered it, I saw the same phone for a considerably lower price (also from Samsung).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I ordered, received, and am very happy with the second phone I now have.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I refused the initial S24 Ultra on the 24th of January and still have not received confirmation that the phone has been received by Samsung.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I received an email the day after, I believe, I refused delivery stating the return process has begun.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would feel much better if I were to receive an email informing me, we've received your phone and haven't forgotten you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't remember it taking this long in the past.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Although I assume the logistics department of Samsung will be busier than normal, it's also reasonable to receive a refund as soon as possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And to keep you in the loop too &lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1213347"&gt;@davehorne&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this was my situation I'd speak with Customer Service and or the Online Shop Team.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've contacted Samsung Customer Service via WhatsApp chat, which is a very quick and easy way to contact them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I was told it can take up to 15 business days for the package to arrive back to Samsung ... and then an additional two weeks for me to receive a refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'd think there'd be a better way, wouldn't you?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recall when I sent a Samsung Note²⁰ back to the UK &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":united_kingdom:"&gt;🇬🇧&lt;/span&gt; Returns Department it did take a while for the refund albeit my return refund was drastically delayed due to reasons out of my control.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However my return wasn't within the period of a major launch of new flagship phones which I can imagine has the possibility of delaying the process somewhat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I hope your funds are returned ASAP &lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1213347"&gt;@davehorne&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;An update - I just received an email from Samsung that I will shortly receive a refund for the first phone I returned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Today was the 15th business day of the day I refused delivery at the door.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This makes me feel a lot better.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
