Ordered 2 weeks ago, still not arrived

I pre ordered the S24 ultra with the buds 2 pro on the 18 Jan. My s24 ultra arrived on 24 Jan but my buds 2 pro are expected to arrive on 8 Feb. But if I go and reorder the buds 2 pro, a delivery date is available for tomorrow?!

I've contacted customer support through live chat multiple times, but they've said they can't bring the delivery date earlier. Why is this happening? The buds are expected to arrive almost a month after I've ordered them whereas someone who orders them today can get it for tomorrow...

Someone please help me

When I've previously ordered the fold 4, my buds arrived a month later as, I presume, they want you to have kept the phone beyond the return date before sending the promo out. Odd because I also reordered the s24 ultra but received my free case and watch at the same time

But I got the free watch with the phone too. Only the buds have this delivery date in Feb. If anyone orders buds right now they can get it tomorrow whereas I have to wait till 8 Feb despite ordering on 18 Jan. not fair 😕

Is anyone else having to wait 45 days for free samsung watch 6. I preordered my s24 and applied for watch which was accepted but having to wait 45 days. 🤔

They stated at the end of February when I purchased my 24 ultra 45 days so that contradicts what your expected time frame if 14 days was. And I wouldn't get too excited there are better in ear buds for the same as they cost, I currently have 4 different brands of buds & 3 wireless headphones to use ranging from £200 to £400 & those samsung are not rated that highly in the ear bud business. But hey they are a freebie.
