    <description>&lt;P&gt;Decided that I would up date my Samsung Gear 3&amp;nbsp;Frontier and get teh new galaxy Smart watch 46mm, placed my order on the 28 Sept 2018 was told it would be delivered on 5 Oct 2018, so was looking forward to receving it 5 Oct came and went no watch contacted samsung to find out why was told out of stock ask when might be back in stock no answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the bit that really get my goat is they where quick enough to take my money but seem to be slow in come back with a date when the item will be in stock.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;don't they know its coming close to christmas, If I was think of buy one for a christmas present I think you would need to order a few months ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In my Experience Samsung don't take the funds until despatch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's usually your Bank that places a hold on the funds in your account while awaiting for Samsung to collect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where I live in the UK we have bricks and mortar Samsung Experience Stores where I visit to buy my Samsung products.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you not have the same where you live ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not then unfortunately it's a case of sitting tight and waiting.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish you all the best with this situation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just spoken to someone at the Samsung shop regarding my order which should have been with me on 5 Oct then moved to the 12 Oct. They just told me that there is a shipping problem and they don't know when any order will be completed can't even say that it will be out by end off October. Quick enough to take my money for the order fingers crossed it here before Christmas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck to the rest of you out there .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I even gave up ringing/emailing/web chatting, as I was fed up with being told "this is the first we've heard of any problems", even afte I asked them to take a look on their very own community forum and linking several tech blogger video reviews. Just felt like it wasn't worth it anymore as it was spoiling my "enjoyment" of the £300 watch!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I hink you will get a brand new one as I returned a 46mm and 42mm recently and got brand new replacements as all of the clear protection was on each of them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do feel that my 46mm does seem a little better on HR but that maybe in my head &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://eu.community.samsung.com/html/@758C9CF82B69C1E7230907A98BEAE742/images/smilies/1.samsung_1f0cf.png" alt=":smiling-face:" title=":smiling-face:" /&gt; - it did also update pretty much as soon as it was switched on so maybe that helped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steps and Floor climbing problems remain the same though &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="login-bold"&gt;&lt;A href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/114893" target="_self"&gt;Smithy&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;- That is good news indeed, they seem to magic these units up from somewhere &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://eu.community.samsung.com/html/@758C9CF82B69C1E7230907A98BEAE742/images/smilies/1.samsung_1f0cf.png" alt=":smiling-face:" title=":smiling-face:" /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="login-bold"&gt;I got my replacement last Friday, I think its marginally better but hard to tell to be honest. I'm going to send it back for a refund unfortunately, as it simply isnt good for fitness tracking&amp;nbsp;for me anyway.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="login-bold"&gt;Im sure they will get there eventually but what slightly worries me is they were testing out fixes on the Gear2 last week to see if it would help with the GW, apparently it did a little but that suggests to me there has been a long standing issue with the old devices that have not been properly resolved too? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="login-bold"&gt;That and the fact they&amp;nbsp;included the prompt to wear the device further up the wrist on last update would suggest it may not be software, cant see why wearing it like any other tracker would affect HR unless it was a hardware fault?
